Terms for retailers

Making

1. We do not stock dresses already made, we make upon receiving of an order. You are welcome to use our measure guide for custom ordering or please use our sizing chart to order in standard sizes.
2. If you custom order, please be aware it will cost $10 extra for a flower girl dress and $30 for a wedding gown.
3. If you order a dress for a person whose height from top of head to floor is over 68 inches, it will cost $30 extra.

Payment

1. We accept Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard (to be charged in Ukraine), checks or money orders (to be cashed in the U.S.A.), wire transfers within Germany.

Delivery

1. Processing of your order depends of our workload. Minimum processing time is 1 week, maximum is 6-8 weeks.
2. We ship via registered airmail. Shipping time (processing time is not included):
   • to the U.S.A., North or South America countries and Canada – 14-17 days;
   • to Germany, France, Austria, United Kingdom, Switzerland and other European countries – 7-10 days;
   • to Japan and other countries – 14-17 days;
3. Upon a customer request we can use faster delivery methods as DHL or Federal Express. Please ask for a shipping cost of these faster delivery methods beforehand because it is much higher than a shipping cost of the registered airmail.
